Since Black is dominate, that color is nearly always the color of the offspring. And since Trotter is dominate over a pacer, the offspring will be a Trotter.  The genes will be Bb/Tt.

Parents will be BB/tt  (Black pacer) and bb/TT (Chestnut trotter)  giving you a Bb/Tt.   A Black Trotter. This horse carries both recessive genes.
