If one gene determines height and there are only two variations you might have tall and short pea plants.  In this case you would have genotypes and phenotypes and follows

Genotypes - TT, Tt, tT, tt

Phenotypes - Tall Plants, Short Plants

If tall plants are dominant over short plants

TT - Tall Plant

Tt - Tall Plant

tT - Tall Plant
