Although every organelle is important and necessary, I would say the nucleus. I would say the nucleus because it contains the DNA, and if the cell loses something, the nucleus contains the information that is necessary to make a new one or to repair a damaged one.

Off-hand I'd say everything with the cell is equally important. The mitochondria must do its part or the cell dies. The nucleus must do its part, or the cell dies. The cell membrane must do its part, etc. You  should know that all parts of any cell are there for a reason. So, the most important things are all all parts working together.
what is it???????????????????
mitochondria: provide energy for all cell activities.
